What we collect
If you join the early list, we collect your email address, your selected area of interest, your consent, and the time you signed up. If you send an investor or work inquiry, we also collect your name, the context and message you provide, and the time of the inquiry. Our forms use a security check to help prevent automated abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, send requested acknowledgements, operate the early list, and improve how Working Botany communicates with interested people. Early-list messages are occasional, and each marketing message will provide a way to unsubscribe.
Who helps process it
Working Botany uses its website hosting and database provider, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Resend for email delivery. We do not sell the information submitted through these forms.
Retention and choices
We keep early-list records until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, and protecting the forms from misuse.
